Now this had better not spark a big drive in the interest in the name Trajan! Hope everyone's doing well. Hopefully soon we'll have some pictures of a potential new House that you may have heard about. At this point I think we're still afraid to jinx anything. If you're not in New York you might be interested to hear that today is so cold my tongue froze to the inside of my cheek. Wasn't nice.

Survivor: St. Vincent

We made it back safe and sound from our quick trip to St. Vincent. As you can see, Trajan's looking like a local Samoan chief rather than a scrawny Survivor contestant. One things for sure, with that smile and dimple, no one's voting this little boy off the island any time soon.   

Merry Christmas!!

We hope we haven't lost too many blog viewers over the past couple of months--it's been a crazy time over here for us!! We've moved for one thing--only 6 blocks north but the move was no less stressful because of that. We're so proud of Dave--he's left MIVA and embarked on a new business adventure! The end of the semester is always a pretty crazy time for me, and in the midst of all of this, we have to arrange a strategic combination of Trajan's toys to keep Hayley off the couch every day; PLUS Trajan has discovered his highest-pitched screaming voice yet to date. Ahhhh, life in your thirties.

But that being said, we are all healthy and moving through all the changes together as a family--what more can you ask, right? THANK YOU to everyone who's helped support us during our move and during stressful times in general--your support is priceless. We're wishing everyone an amazing holiday--time with family and friends: relaxing, playing board games and eating lots of tasty food. We're also reminded every day of all of our blessings, and remember our family, friends and people around the globe who really need our prayers. Stick with us D&D blog posse--we'll be back stronger than ever in 2008!

BOO and BUZZ!!!

Happy Halloween everyone!! We had a blast--Trajan 'the bee' McCarthy hit all the hot spots--visiting grandparents up in the "country" and then parading to our local playground with hundreds of dressed-up kids. We finished the day at the block next door--trick-or-treating, and having a blast!!

Sleepless in Wisconsin...

We're Back!!

We're so happy to be back after such a FUN vacation with Nonna and Grandpa. Mexico was every bit relaxing as we wanted it to be...I, for one, was happy for all the hands to help with Trajan!! Tre and I hit the beach every morning to throw rocks and Trajan was sure to hold on to one tight to bring back for Dad! The rest of our days passed with Nonna or Grandpa chasing Trajan all over the place and swimming in the pool together:)
