Happy Birthday Danielle (belated)

Woe is us for being late with the most important of Birthday posts. Sorry Honey. To make up for it I'm posting one of your vintage "hold it yourself" pictures where you look great and I look horrible. We had a great night on Danielle's actual birthday going into the city and eating at Picolo Angelo. A great vintage Italian place in the West Village. We love you Danielle/Mommy!!

Trajan meet William. William meet....Train.

I took this picture of Tre meeting William (Trajan's cousin) for the first time shortly after William's birth. I thought it was a cute picture and kept it on my phone. I was looking at it the other night on the train and noticed that Trajan isn't just saying Hi to William, he's saying "Hi. This is a Train. You will play with them. They are the best thing about this place" or something to that effect. Time will tell if Will follows his advice and learns to love trains.

Week 16 from Bar Harbor

Maybe we should've taken a shot in Acadia national park instead of our hotel room but what can you do. Hope all is well with everyone. Danielle's belly is growing daily now it seems. she says you can't tell by this picture how big she is! it's getting there for sure. We're back in a week.

Week 15 and Potty News

So we're at Week 15 already, and the belly is definitely growing--I say this as I just unbuttoned the button to my maternity shorts (that's when you know this is going to get a LOT bigger--and thanks to Erin for all of her awesome maternity clothes). In other amazing news, our son has spent the past 2 days diaper-less, going pee-pee on the potty. I think we're getting there--we have a long-car ride vacation next week, but then we're getting down to potty-training boot camp. I thought this picture of him flipping through his magazine on the potty "like Daddy" was hysterical.   Promise new pictures of our house soon!
